Our Services are intended for students aged 16 and above. Students under
16 must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before using the Services. By using our Services, you
confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account Registration
You may register an account using Apple ID, Google account, or
email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for
any activity under your account.
3. Use of Services
Our Services provide AI-powered educational tools designed
specifically for IB curriculum students. You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, and
educational purposes, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Subscription and Billing
Our Services offer both free and paid subscription plans.
Subscription terms, including pricing, billing cycle, free trial period, and cancellation policies, are
disclosed within the app. You authorize us to charge applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
5. Content Ownership and License
All intellectual property in the Services, including
AI-generated responses, instructional materials, and designs, remains the property of Intelligence Education
Technology or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the
Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of content you upload or submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it solely to operate and improve the Services.
